For insurers, relocation and staffing companies
Lantern Capital Properties provides fully furnished homes for midterm and long-term stays of 30 nights or more in Reston, Arlington, Chevy Chase and Charlottesville: insurance displacement housing, travel nurse housing and corporate relocation housing near Washington, DC. Our partners come back to us because we are easy to work with, professional from the first call to the final invoice, and genuinely caring toward every person who stays in our homes.
Our guiding philosophy is unreasonable hospitality and attention to detail, for your team and for every person you place with us.
Send one email and you get a clear answer: an available home, a monthly rate and photos. We take care of the lease, utilities, Wi-Fi, cleaning and keys, so your team can move on to the next file.
Direct billing to your company, a W-9 and certificate of insurance for your vendor file, clear invoices and prompt replies. You deal with one dedicated contact who knows every home.
Many of our guests arrive after a fire, a flood or a long move across the country. We make sure the home is spotless, stocked and ready, and we stay a phone call away for anything they need.
We regularly house families and professionals for weeks to months at a time, and we understand the timelines, paperwork and flexibility each kind of placement needs.
Temporary housing for policyholders displaced by fire, water or storm damage under additional living expense coverage. Quick placement, month-to-month extensions while repairs run, and billing to the carrier or placement firm.
A comfortable landing spot for employees and their families while they settle in and look for a permanent home, with room to work, cook and unwind.
Quiet, furnished homes close to the region's hospitals for travel nurses, physicians and allied health professionals on 13-week assignments and extensions.
Residents, fellows, visiting faculty and contract professionals who need a real home, not a hotel room, for a few months.
Our furnished homes sit close to where people actually need to be, so a commute to a hospital shift, a new office or a home under repair stays short.
