What is a midterm rental?
A midterm rental is a furnished home rented for about one to several months, longer than a vacation stay and shorter than a typical one-year lease. Our homes in Reston, Arlington, Chevy Chase and Charlottesville rent for 30 nights or more, then month to month.
Do you offer short-term stays?
Yes. Pinetree Lodge at Deep Creek Lake, Maryland, is available for nightly vacation stays. Our other homes are set up for stays of 30 nights or more.
Can I rent a furnished home long-term?
Yes. After the first 30 nights, stays continue month to month for as long as you need, subject to availability. Many guests stay several months.
Do you have travel nurse housing?
Yes. Our homes are close to Reston Hospital Center, Inova Fairfax Hospital, Virginia Hospital Center, NIH, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Suburban Hospital, UVA Health and Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital, and our month-to-month terms fit 13-week contracts and extensions.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. We provide temporary housing for policyholders displaced by a covered loss and bill the insurance carrier or housing placement firm directly. A W-9 and certificate of insurance are available on request.
What comes with each home?
Every home is fully furnished and ready to live in, with a stocked kitchen, linens, Wi-Fi and plenty of parking. Each home's page lists its own amenities.
Are pets allowed?
Many of our homes welcome pets. Each home's page notes whether pets are allowed.
